Hmong Oral Histories includes the interviews from the first major Hmong migration from Laos to Thailand to Central Wisconsin.   Many stories detail the tragedies faced as the Hmong escaped from the communist Pathet Lao. This book also has introductory chapters on Hmong culture and history. This book is no longer in print.
